We are recruiting for several Senior Client Managers in various locations: Chicago, Philly, NY/NJ, and Boston. In this role, a Client Manager must successfully develop, cultivate and maintain positive relationships with potential clients, those newly acquired and assigned clients. Clients may include, enterprise, commercial or public sector depending the assignment area of the Client Manager. Generally, the role requires 70% sales & customer relationship skill and 30% technical skill. A Client Manager will also successfully partner with a team of systems engineers to help find solutions to current or unforeseen communication challenges by providing network solutions consisting of voice, data, e-business, etc.

They provide unified identity management across cloud, mobile and data center environments. The solutions deliver single sign-on (SSO) for users, privilege management and auditing for security and compliance, and a simplified identity infrastructure for IT. This solution is used by more than 5,000 customers worldwide, including half the Fortune 50.
We are seeking an exceptionally capable Senior Product Manager/SaaS-Mac Management (#21917) in Santa Clara with a strong marketing background who can take our solution for Mac management to the next level. You will be responsible for analyzing the market opportunity as well as developing a vision and roadmap for product development. In addition, you will develop outbound marketing activities and collateral that will evangelize your solution. You will craft product positioning and messaging and develop marketing programs that will drive demand. In this role you will be looked to as the expert on how the market buys in this space and will be expected to lead direct and channel sales teams. A technical grasp of this space is important and translating technical capabilities into end user and buyer benefit will be crucial.

This is a pivotal role in developing the use of the salesforce.com to enable best practices and company growth strategies. This position will work closely with various business teams to create and build functional operational support through the salesforce.com application.
