We are recruiting for a Software Engineer/API Development (#21935) who enjoys building world-class, leading-edge, enterprise-grade products, to focus on its leading-edge API solution for Technopedia, the world’s largest repository of information on enterprise software and hardware. The company is expanding its Support Team and seeking a Technical Support Engineer (#21934). The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, partners and field engineers via phone, email and web. Strong problem solving skills and a technical foundation are required to successfully troubleshoot and solve the customers’ issues in a timely manner. Providing outstanding customer satisfaction is a key element to this role.

This person will be a talented B-to-B inside sales, customer acquisition and customer engagement manager and will create and execute a global sales strategy. This company is building an innovative eCommerce platform to connect its 10 million users to an estimated 50,000 wine retailers, who collectively sell $300 billion globally. This role will lead the wine retailer customer acquisition strategy for this new line of business. The ideal candidate has a success track record of sales success, customer engagement, data driven decision and customer satisfaction.
