Tech Recruitment Manager
Greg Schreiner leads the Engineering & Development side of the house, specializing in IT and CleanTech. Greg has an Associate’s Degree in Electronics Technology, and a Bachelor’s in Business Management. Greg possesses a deep understanding of the high tech software and apps sectors as well as renewable energy and clean technology sectors.
Greg’s professional strengths are his ability to quickly understand the client’s business objectives, technical requirements, and company cultural, and efficiently recruit candidates with the right soft and hard skills for the role. He has written and spoken on topics such as “Breaking Into Green”, Relocation Hurdles, Job Boards and Networking, and Closing Candidates.
Greg’s background includes military service where he was an Air Traffic Controller, and in logistics at Micron Technology. Prior to joining Redfish, Greg was in real estate sales during which time he achieved President Elite Gold and Platinum awards. Greg is a father of three and enjoys coaching, snowboarding, wakeboarding/surfing, motocross/trail ride and camping. Hailing from Wisconsin, Greg can’t help but be a Packers fan.
