One for One Community Service Initiative

How does the 'One for One' program work?

For every professional placement made by a Redfish recruiter, the company will give $100 and at least one hour of volunteer time to a local community or charitable organization.

The executive recruiter who has made the most placements for the quarter will have the honor of awarding the accumulated funds to the organization of their choice. The volunteer hours will be donated on an on-going basis, in addition to each individuals current volunteering efforts.

Who is feeling the love?

Beneficiaries of the 'One for One’ program include:
Higher Ground (formerly Sun Valley Adaptive Sports), the Animal Shelter, the Sun Valley Ski Education Foundation, Rhode Island Vegan Awareness, Idaho Steelheads Youth Hockey, Sun Valley Youth Hockey, Blaine County Recreation District, Football Club  , the Girl Scouts of
Rhode Island, Girls on the Run, and The Papoose Club.

History of the 'One for One' program

As a socially responsible company, Redfish values investing in our communities and has long attracted employees who volunteer their time and money in local community organizations. We have a long philanthropic history. The 'One for One’ initiative formalizes the company values by donating money and on-the-job volunteer hours for each professional job placement that the company makes.
