Shelly has an impressive track record in her positions within a Global Fortune 500’s Green Energy Project Finance Department and previously at a leading global energy company as a Financial Analyst and Commercial Associate. She has an M.B.A. from Texas A&M and a B.S. in Finance from the well-reputed Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
