A leading provider of core software solutions for property/casualty insurance carriers commissioned Redfish to recruit top business consultants. This company is growing rapidly, earning a reputation as the industry’s benchmark, and was just listed as one of the 25 Best Tech Companies To Work For in 2011. The company offers short, intensive observation- and workshop-based consulting engagements designed to help insurance carriers evaluate their processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop business cases for core system replacement. The ideal value consultant has experience in the insurance industry as well as with enterprise software implementation. He or she must be an expert at quickly understanding process issues and problems, active listening, and ultimately presenting analysis and solutions in a form that is both visually appealing and intellectually satisfying.

Zachary Gustafson spent over 9 years in Accenture’s Technology Consulting practice.  His experience centered on driving business results through the implementation of technology solutions for clients in multiple industries, including two property/casualty insurance carriers.  Through multiple promotions from Analyst to Senior Manager, Zach showed himself to be a successful and versatile leader, capable of navigating complex environments and organizations to identify and deliver business value. Zach earned a BS in Aerospace Engineering and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. Redfish zeroed in on Zach’s experience and qualifications, identifying his incredible fit for the position and enrolling him in this exciting opportunity.

Joanna’s initial inquiry via LinkedIn was the first “cold call” job opportunity that ever piqued my interest enough to respond and engage. She made the process as easy as I could have hoped – from presenting a compelling and relevant opportunity, to coordinating the entire interview process, to following up after my start date to make sure things were going well. We have already asked Joanna to help us with another hire as our team continues to grow.” – Zachary Gustafson
