Description:
As one of our very first team members and as one of the first in the field of prompt engineering, you will need to be a leader who plays a critical role in the creation of tailored curriculum generation tools for teachers, educational institutions and students. Working with our engineers and product team, you will develop prompts for multiple LLMs to generate, synthesize and evaluate model outputs. Working with the product team, engineers and designers, you will design prompts for a variety of content creation tools for educators. Considering LLM’s have only been around for 2 years, this position can be a challenge to hire
for. Because of this, we ask that you provide us with us some examples of the prompts that you developed. Ideally this project should show off your ability to generate creative prompt
architecture.
What you’ll do:
? Work with content creators, product teams, and data scientists to develop, test, and refine text prompts that generates curriculum for a variety of education programs.
? Build up a library of high-quality prompts or prompt chains to accomplish a variety of tasks, with an easy guide to help users search for the one that meets their needs
? Monitor and analyze prompt performance to identify areas for improvement
? Provide support to content and product teams in understanding prompt
engineering best practices
? Draft and distribute reports on prompt performance and development progress
You may be a good fit if….
? Have 3-5 years of relevant or transferrable experience.
? Have at least a high-level familiarity with the architecture and operation of large
language models.
? Have a background in educational copy writing, copy editing,
? Have a background in philosophy: formal logic, the philosophy of language, the
philosophy of mind, axiomatization of logical systems
? Are an excellent communicator, and love teaching technical concepts and creating high quality documentation that helps out others.

? Have a creative hacker spirit and love solving puzzles.
? Have a firm grasp of programming in Python and experience with data
structures/algorithms.
