Technical Implementation Specialist
About the Role:
This is a cross-functional role working on the Client Success Team in close partnership with Product & Engineering. As a Technical Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for partnering with the Product Management, Engineering, and Client Success team while interacting with clients throughout the implementation process to ensure a successful client launch. The Technical Implementation Specialist will monitor the timeline of all technical deliverables throughout the onboarding stage of a new client and will apprise the client and Client Success team of delays or needs for escalation. Upon completion of implementation, the Technical Implementation Specialist will work closely with the Client Success team to ensure that reporting delivered to the client is in line with the client’s expectations.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Work with stakeholders in school districts from kickoff through integration in securing data required by AllHere’s data specification.
2. Review the data received and process it for use in production environments. Work with client stakeholders to correct any issues in the data received.
3. Complete technical set up steps across key components by correctly configuring client account information across providers: (Slack, Twilio, etc.)
4. Collaborate closely with client success, engineering, and product management to ensure any issues impeding successful integration are communicated and resolved in a timely way.
Serve in a Integrations Management capacity for our SaaS platform
Support integrations spanning a variety of Student Information Systems (SIS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) used in K-12 school districts, and be able to help clients locate the correct fields and data descriptions required for their implementation of AllHere.
Run SQL queries to identify issues in data received from districts; determine if fixes can be made locally, or if corrections need to be made by clients. Communicate changes needed to clients and continue to move forward the project.
Communicate status to internal stakeholders, including Client Success, Product, and Engineering; work collaboratively to resolve issues.
Work with clients to leverage APIs under development to facilitate integration.
Update project tracking software to accurately reflect the status of the client’s integration
Work in partnership with Client Success Managers to create and deliver client-facing reports
Assist in meeting client SLAs
Desired Skills and Experience:
2-4 years’ experience working in K-12 SIS integrations as an integrations technician, Client Success Manager or SIS integrations Specialist
Experience in data cleaning, executing SQL queries
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
Self-starter; ability to work effectively as a remote employee
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal team members
Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize activities
Highly engaging and collaborative style in working cross-functionally
Demonstrates excellent communication, listening, and decision making skills
