• Design scalable solutions and ship features for a production-ready voice agent platform.
• Lead initiatives across frontend, backend, and infrastructure, with opportunities for ownership and growth.
• Collaborate closely with designers and engineers throughout the design and implementation phases.
• Provide technical support, customer success assistance, and implementation guidance directly to our customers.
