What You’ll Do
As a Business Analyst, you’ll use your diverse skills to help clients achieve their goals, collaborating with Project Managers, Implementation Specialists, and Developers. You will focus on translating business objectives into actionable solutions, all while working closely with clients and internal teams. You’ll also leverage your software implementation expertise to ensure smooth execution of technology solutions.

Turn Ideas into Actionable Solutions:
Dive deep into understanding client needs and translate their vision into clear, detailed specifications that guide the development and implementation teams. You will approach challenges with innovation and creativity, ensuring the solution is maintainable and aligned with the big picture.
Shape the Future of Our Platform:
Partner with Developers to define system functionalities based on business needs. Your tech-savvy understanding of the platform’s capabilities, alongside your knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Suite, and Zendesk, ensures that proposed solutions are impactful, forward-thinking, and ahead of the curve.
Guide the Implementation Process:
Collaborate with the Implementation team to ensure business requirements are configured within the platform effectively. You will provide consultative guidance, finding the best solutions for clients while leveraging the platform’s strengths.
Client-Focused Innovation:
Act as the Subject Matter Expert during client meetings, helping them understand how to leverage our platform to meet their goals. You’ll communicate with empathy and clarity, ensuring the client’s needs are met efficiently.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
Lead UAT efforts to ensure all business requirements are met. You will coordinate testing processes, gather client feedback, and ensure the final deliverables meet client expectations with a dependable focus on quality and deadlines.
Document & Knowledge Sharing:
Produce clear and comprehensive documentation that empowers internal teams and clients to fully understand system functionalities, configuration options, and implementation processes.
What We’re Looking For:
We are searching for a proactive, dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must have software implementation experience and the ability to work across both business and technical areas, with strong skills in SQL, Microsoft Suite, and Zendesk. Here’s what else you bring:
Proven experience in software implementation and business analysis.
A strong understanding of both business and technical environments.

Experience in the Life Sciences industry or working with speaker bureaus is a plus (but not required!)
