Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team at Electrifai.com. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of expertise in systems and solutions architecture, project management, and cloud computing. This individual will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of software solutions, ensuring alignment with client and organizational goals.

Key Qualifications:

• Systems Architecture Depth: Proven expertise in systems architecture, demonstrated through successful project implementations and solutions development.
• Solutions Architecture Depth: Extensive experience in designing and implementing comprehensive solutions, with a focus on cloud and data solutions.
• Classic Project Management Experience: Strong background in project management, with a track record of successfully managing complex IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Real World Corporate Experience: A deep understanding of the business use case, with the ability to work backward from business goals to technology solutions.
• Global Cloud Executive: Prior experience in a leadership role, preferably with a global focus, overseeing cloud and data-related initiatives.
• Empathy and Inner Peace: The ability to empathize, coupled with an inner peace and composure that positively influences team dynamics and project outcomes.
• Wonderful Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the software delivery team in planning, developing, and implementing high-level IT solutions.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with c-level clients, serving as a product and solution expert.
• Conduct operational reviews and reporting, documenting metrics, and managing disruptions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimized and custom client solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, ensuring high levels of automation and efficiency.
• Provide leadership in the development and execution of customer and partner success programs.
• Interface directly with customers’ executive leadership to address critical issues and align product roadmap with customer requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software delivery and project management roles.
• Proven experience in cloud computing, networking, distributed systems, and software development management.
• Previous roles in global cloud executive positions or similar leadership roles.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud service providers is highly desirable.
