Job Description of Product Manager, AI and Machine Learning

ElectrifAi is one of the US’ leading providers of pre-built machine learning and pre-trained computer vision software solutions. Our containerized solutions enable large and medium size firms to quickly solve consequential business problems. The types of high value business problems we address include: demand forecasting, inventory optimization, dynamic pricing, B2B customer acquisition/retention, product cross sell and upsell, workplace safety, spend and payment terms optimization, among others. Our value proposition is ROI and Time to Value. Targeted personas include Business Unit leaders and the C-suite. Our customers include many Tier 1 logos in multiple industries. However, our target customers are smaller to medium size businesses who typically do not have data engineering and data science talent.

The Product Manager has a high impact in EAi’s R&D Organization providing product leadership and sales/customer support.  This position reports to the Head of Product and will be working with various cross functionality teams to ensure successful delivery of products and improve customers’ experience.  It is a remote position, and the candidate needs to be able to work with teams in China, India and east and west coast time zones.

Responsibilities:

• Work with customers, sales, data scientists and engineers to define and prioritize product requirements and product roadmap.
• Perform market competitive analysis, verify the product market fit and define the pricing model.
• Help sales and marketing teams produce marketing materials.
• Manage project deliveries to key customers, including working with engineers and customers to ensure smooth on time delivery within the budget.

Requirements:

• 5 years’ experience in product management.
• Solid understanding of machine learning, data science, data engineering and software engineering.
• Experience working with machine learning or data science teams is a big plus.
• Capability making tradeoffs among customer experiences, project limitations and other competing goals.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
