Principal System Architect

Job Description: The Principal System Architect will lead the charge in designing and maintaining our ground-breaking system platform, collaborating with data engineers and scientists to create a cloud-based platform that unlocks the full potential of Sensonic data for research and development. Key responsibilities include driving the development of tools for data scientists and engineers, implementing a seamless software development environment, and enhancing the interfaces between Sensonic edge units and the cloud. The role will also involve developing and maintaining interfaces between Sensonic and customer systems, fostering unparalleled integration and value for our esteemed clients.

Preferred Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree or equivalent technical experience in computer science, cloud-based development, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 7 years’ proven track record in system architecture and cloud platforms. Proficiency in data storage, analysis, visualization, and processing with leading cloud service providers such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure is essential. The candidate must demonstrate expert understanding of system architecture, including edge devices, APIs, local and cloud storage, and functional knowledge of algorithm development and ML/AI model training. Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and delivering remarkable results will be highly valued.
