We are on the lookout for an Account Executive who thrives on solving customer problems, is willing and able to speak to any level executive within a financial institution, and is motivated to grow revenues and expand market share for Cotribute.

Cotribute is seeking an Account Executive to join our dynamic team to help financial institutions increase their customer acquisition rates and their loan application approval rates on an on-going basis. In this role, you will be the face of the company, building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, and applying effective sales strategies while contributing to the financial growth of the company. Job Description: As Account Executive, you will pursue financial institutions within your region to assist them in modernizing their client-facing applications. The goals for these financial institutions is to make it fast and easy to become a new client in less than (5) minutes using cloud-based solutions. This is where Cotribute excels. Our solutions help financial institutions grow by automating the new client on-boarding process and allowing clients to apply for loans in record time.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new prospects that have a need for Cotribute’s products and services.
Provide exceptional client support for the Cotribute platform, addressing client inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Exhibit a detail-oriented and operational mindset, diligently tracking and following up on client issues to ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering a cooperative and productive environment to enhance client support outcomes.
Learn and develop a deep understanding of the Cotribute platform, including its capabilities and configurations, with comprehensive training provided.
Engage with clients in the credit union and banking sector, understanding their unique needs and tailoring services accordingly.
Stay proficient in the latest technologies and tools, with ongoing training and support provided to help you succeed.
Conduct post-support reviews to capture feedback, assess support effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
Sign up new customers for our digital automation suite of products.
Qualifications:
3+ years of B2B sales experience in a professional environment
Track record of achieving quotas for new logos and revenues
Be Humble, Hungry and Helpful. Have a positive can-do attitude when dealing with clients and addressing client support requests.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills, ensuring client issues are resolved efficiently and client satisfaction is maintained.
A robust operational mindset, focused on achieving support deliverables, organizational goals, and business outcomes.
Proficient in the use of technology and the learning to use the latest tools.
Strong client support and collaboration skills, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Previous experience in the financial services or credit union and banking sector are a plus, providing a foundational understanding of the financial services industry.
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
