Head of Sales – Hands-On Closer & Team Builder

We’re a fast-growing SaaS company with strong product-market fit and real customers. We’ve built a lean team, have happy users, and a clear path to scale. Now we’re looking for a hands-on Head of Sales to take the reins and drive revenue.
This role isn’t about managing dashboards — it’s about owning deals and growing a team. You’ll inherit a small but capable team of AEs, work directly with the founder, and be responsible for closing new business, tightening the sales motion, and helping us scale intelligently.
What You’ll Do
- Personally own and close mid-market B2B SaaS deals
- Lead and coach 2 AEs (team expected to grow within 12 months)
- Refine our sales process — from outbound to close
- Track pipeline metrics and forecast revenue accurately
- Work directly with the founder on pricing, segmentation, and GTM strategy
What You’ve Done
- Closed $10K–50K+ ACV SaaS deals personally
- Managed or coached 1–5 AEs in a growth-stage environment
- Built repeatable outbound + inbound sales systems
- Thrived in startups (ideally <100 people)
- Are energized by closing, coaching, and clarity
