They cover 14 major sports leagues, including the NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, WNBA, CFB, CBB, and Soccer. The team is composed of elite talent from top universities like Dartmouth, Stanford, and Princeton, with an average age in the mid-20s. As Chief of Staff, you’ll serve as the operational glue of the company—ensuring projects stay on track, deadlines are met, and cross-team coordination is seamless. You’ll help streamline workflows, improve internal communication, and support leadership with day-to-day operations.
You’ll also contribute to initiatives across marketing, product management, CRM, scheduling/logistics, app testing, partnerships, and user engagement, making this an ideal role for a proactive, versatile generalist.
Team Coordination & Task Management
Use tools like Asana and Slack to keep projects and deadlines organized across the team.
Project Execution
Lead and assist with cross-functional projects involving marketing, design, and product development.
Executive Support
Support the CEO and CTO by managing daily tasks and people operations.

Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar function; startup experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high emotional intelligence.

A self-starter who’s comfortable operating without detailed instructions.
