Role Overview: Chief of Staff

As Chief of Staff, you’ll serve as the operational glue of the company—ensuring projects stay on track, deadlines are met, and cross-team coordination is seamless. You’ll help streamline workflows, improve internal communication, and support leadership with day-to-day operations.

You’ll also contribute to initiatives across marketing, product management, CRM, scheduling/logistics, app testing, partnerships, and user engagement, making this an ideal role for a proactive, versatile generalist.

Responsibilities

2. Use tools like Asana and Slack to keep projects and deadlines organized across the team.

4. Lead and assist with cross-functional projects involving marketing, design, and product development.

5. Executive Support

6. Support the CEO and CTO by managing daily tasks and people operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar function; startup experience preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high emotional intelligence.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and structured.

• Comfortable wearing multiple hats and handling evolving assignments.

• A self-starter who’s comfortable operating without detailed instructions.
