Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary VP of FinTech Business Development to lead the development and expansion of our FinTech solutions. This role focuses on building and scaling innovative, white-label plug-in solutions across various financial verticals, including auto, credit card, cryptocurrency, wealth management, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for expanding FinTech solutions, aligning with the company’s goals and market trends.
Product Development: Lead the conceptualization, design, and launch of white-label plug-in solutions tailored to various financial sectors (auto, credit card, crypto, wealth, etc.).
Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, including technology providers, financial institutions, and ecosystem partners.
Market Analysis: Monitor FinTech market trends, identify new opportunities, and ensure our offerings remain competitive and innovative.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as product development, engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure seamless implementation and growth of FinTech solutions.
Revenue Growth: Drive revenue through effective business development initiatives, scaling FinTech solutions, and enhancing customer acquisition strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in FinTech business development, product development, or strategic partnerships at a leadership level.
Strong understanding of financial technologies and the ability to innovate within sectors like auto financing, credit card solutions, cryptocurrency, and wealth management.
Demonstrated success in developing and scaling white-label plug-ins or similar financial products.
Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and align strategies accordingly.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of taking ownership and delivering results.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
