Role Overview:
As an Account Executive specializing in Private Christian School Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Britestar’s reach and impact in the virtual education sector. You will be responsible for prospecting, establishing connections, creating tailored proposals, negotiating deals, and overseeing the implementation process.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential partner schools.
Initiate cold calls and outreach strategies to establish initial contact.
Appointment Setting:
Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person meetings with key decision-makers in target schools.
Deliver compelling presentations about Britestar’s offerings and benefits.
Proposal Creation:
Develop customized partnership proposals tailored to each school’s specific needs and objectives.
Clearly articulate the value proposition of Britestar’s virtual education solutions.
Deal Closing:
Utilize effective negotiation techniques to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
Address any concerns or objections raised by potential partners.
Implementation Oversight:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of virtual teachers into partner schools.
Provide ongoing support and resources to facilitate a successful partnership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Strong knowledge of Education Savings Accounts, including Arizona’s Empowerment Scholarship Account
Minimum of two years of successful sales experience, preferably in the education sector.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
