Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute against an end-to-end sales plan to grow our business in key verticals (CPG, DTC, etc.)
Work with our Client Success Team to identify and action strategic opportunities to grow existing client relationships
Consistently hunt for net new business, executing precise and targeted attack plans within carefully identified verticals
Produce annual sales results that meet or exceed assigned goals
Partner with marketing and other parts of the organization to identify materials needed to increase close rate
Log activity in sales CRM software and provide weekly or as-needed reports using CRM data to manager
Regularly analyze industry, market and competitive trends to provide ideas for product improvements or pivots in strategy
Foster teamwork, camaraderie, and competition within the sales team
Desired Skills & Qualifications
2-5 years of full-time sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding quota
Hunter-mentality with a passion for finding and identifying new customers and closing net new business – existing connections in the CPG space a huge plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable conducting large meetings, small presentations and frequent phone calls
Ability to successfully negotiate
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and sales CRM tools; general tech-savviness
