Role Overview:
As a Client Success Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring Cotribute’s clients achieve exceptional results with our platform. You will proactively engage with clients, deliver data-driven insights, and guide them in maximizing platform value. This role is perfect for someone who is client-focused, technologically savvy, and thrives on using innovative tools to drive results in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Dashboards, Analytics, and Case Studies
Configure and manage internal and external dashboards to track and enhance client outcomes.
Use data to generate actionable insights and create impactful client success case studies.
2. Customer Marketing and Review Calls
Lead and support quarterly client review calls to showcase value, share updates, and strengthen partnerships.
Maintain a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 8+ by ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and engagement.
3. Proactive Client Engagement
Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing timely updates, support, and recommendations between review calls.
Conduct product demos and provide training to help clients optimize their use of the Cotribute platform.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to address client needs and incorporate feedback into the product roadmap.
Develop training materials and resources to empower clients and enhance their experience with the platform.
5. Process Optimization and Innovation
Use AI-based tools to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and deliver better client outcomes.
Continuously explore and adopt new technologies like client success platforms and CRM tools to enhance client engagement.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or project management, preferably in a SaaS or fintech environment.
Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
Experience with creating and delivering personalized client success videos using tools like LOOM.
Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to optimize processes and improve client outcomes.
Ability to understand, demo, and train others on the Cotribute platform and its capabilities.
Experience with dashboards, analytics and other configurations tools is a plus.
Familiarity with client success platforms, CRM systems, and other SaaS technologies.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
Detail-oriented, process-driven, and proactive problem solver with a customer-first mindset.
Experience in the banking, credit union, or financial services industry is highly desirable.
