Business Development Representative
Summary:
We seek a Business Development Representative passionate about driving growth
through innovative strategies and customer engagement. You will immerse yourself in lead
generation, prospecting, and solution-selling while aligning closely with Winjit’s capabilities
and market needs. You thrive in a dynamic environment, continuously refining your
approach, and are adept at leveraging tools to deliver results. You have a strong track
record in generating qualified opportunities and closing deals in the IT/software services
space.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting:
• Identify and target clients through outbound efforts, including cold calls, emails, social
media, and networking.
• Build and maintain a database of qualified leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
and ZoomInfo.
Customized Outreach:
• Design and execute creative lead generation campaigns beyond traditional methods, such
as networking events and industry meetups.
• Develop tailored value propositions aligned with client objectives.
Lead Qualification:
• Assess leads for alignment with Winjit’s products/services and prioritize opportunities
based on revenue potential.
• Respond to inbound leads and qualify them effectively.
Sales Execution:
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, achieving or exceeding
quotas.
• Create solution proposals and develop business cases tailored to client needs.
• Leverage domain knowledge to articulate technology’s role in solving customer pain
points.
Competitor Analysis:
• Research and analyze competitors to differentiate Winjit’s offerings.
Campaign Support:

• Collaborate on marketing campaigns and assist in crafting content for lead generation
initiatives.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches.
Reporting:
• Prepare detailed reports on lead generation, campaign performance, and client feedback.
• Maintain an Excel tracker for interviews and pipeline management, incorporating insights
to optimize processes.
Networking & Relationship Building:
• Participate in industry events, build a sustainable network, and explore upselling
opportunities post-sale.
Skills/Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in lead generation and business development within the
software services sector.
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle for multiple opportunities.
• Strong background in technology, software development, and digital transformation.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and lead generation tools (e.g.,
LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A solution-driven mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with excellent time management and organizational
skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building trusted client relationships.
• Adaptability to diverse business scenarios and a willingness to learn continuously.
