Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic VP of Marketing – Cross-Sell/Up-Sell to lead efforts in maximizing customer lifetime value across our portfolio. This role will focus on identifying and implementing innovative strategies to cross-sell and up-sell products and services, ensuring cohesive integration across all touchpoints in our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive cross-sell and up-sell strategy, leveraging data-driven insights to drive incremental revenue.

  • Customer Lifecycle Management: Analyze the customer journey to identify opportunities for offering complementary products and services.

  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns aimed at cross-selling and up-selling within the ecosystem.

  • Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, customer success, and analytics teams to align initiatives and deliver seamless experiences.

  • Technology Utilization: Utilize CRM, marketing automation tools, and AI-driven insights to personalize and scale cross-sell/up-sell efforts.

  • Measurement and Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use A/B testing and analytics to refine strategies and maximize ROI.

  • Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team focused on innovation and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in cross-sell/up-sell strategies within a B2C or B2B ecosystem.

  • Strong understanding of marketing technologies, CRM systems, and data analytics.

  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute customer-centric marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Experience collaborating across multiple teams and managing stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and inspiring teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
