Leah and Redfish are fantastic. They introduce us to strong candidates who are heavily vetted and largely sold on the company/role and then contribute actively and collaboratively to reaching a decision and closing the candidate. Sadly, most contingency recruiters/firms just aren’t very good. However, Leah and Redfish have been an exception for us, providing roughly a retained search experience but for less senior roles.
